This workshop briefly explores virtuous learning that seeks to unite fact and value, truth and meaning, and reason and imagination. C.S. Lewis provides a guide in his character of Dr. Cornelius in Prince Caspian, one of the seven books in his Chronicles of Narnia series. The workshop will also point to The Abolition of Man where Lewis explores the impact caused by the loss of virtuous learning and living. Homeschooling can be the place where our children learn the virtues that lead to the joy of a life lived with hope, integrity, creativity.
