Katie Miller is the oldest Granddaughter in the Eshelman Family, the founders of Sight & Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA. Throughout the years Katie has served in a variety of areas at Sight & Sound and is presently a member of the Theatre’s HR Department, focusing on employee engagement and culture development, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Sight & Sound Conservatory. Katie is married to her highschool sweetheart, Brian, and together they are raising and homeschooling their three children in Lampeter, PA.
