Unprecedented suffering in the church followed March 2020. As pastors and leaders, we need to understand the jurisdictional boundaries between the church and state established in the Word of God as well as by the founding documents of our country. With this understanding, we can protect the church of Jesus Christ in the days ahead from any form of usurpation that may come against us—from any direction, as well as from all levels of civil government.
