
Clay Clarkson is the Director of Whole Heart Ministries, a non-profit family ministry he founded with his wife Sally in 1994 to encourage and equip Christian parents to raise wholehearted children for Christ. They write and publish books and resources through their ministry, offer hotel and church-based parenting and events, and minister online through their ministry website (www.wholeheart.org). Clay is the author or editor of numerous books and resources, inlcuding Educating the WholeHearted Child, Our 24 Family Ways, and Heartfelt Discipline. He also edits and publishes 19th century reprints of public domain works for family reading and Christian encouragement. Clay, a graduate of Denver Seminary, has ministered full-time since college in overseas missions, ministry organizations, and in several churches. As a seasoned, seminary-trained Bible teacher, Clay’s messages are characterized by sound biblical exposition. He has a heart for discipleship and training, and for communicating the many truths from God’s word that strengthen parents, children, and families. He enjoys giving parents a clear biblical vision for their homes and families, and has spoken for many home school conferences since 1988. Clay is also a Christian songwriter, singer, and worship leader. Clay and Sally were married in 1981, have homeschooled their four children from the beginning, and now live in Monument, Colorado.
